When buying an item, you can choose whether you want it shipped or prefer to pick it up yourself. Both options are simple – here's how shipping works:
Buyer chooses during purchase if the item should be picked up or shipped.
If shipping is chosen, the seller automatically gets a suitable shipping label.
The item is packed securely and labeled with the provided label.
The package is dropped off at the post office.
The shipping status shows up in the app and you can track it anytime.
The buyer gets the package and checks the item.
In the app under “My orders”, you can confirm receipt and rate the item.
After confirmation, the purchase amount is paid out to the seller.
That’s it, the transaction is complete.
If you notice damage to the package or missing items, please pay attention to the following tips:
Deadline: Shipping damage must be reported within 6 days after delivery to the shipping provider.
Reporting later can’t be processed anymore – that’s a rule from the shipping provider.
Documentation:
Keep the packaging including packing material.
Take clear photos of the package, contents, and damage.
Tip:
Even if the package arrives empty or incomplete, that counts as shipping damage and needs to be reported right away too.
Important: As soon as you confirm receipt of the package, the transaction is considered complete. After that, unfortunately, no more complaints can be processed.
