1. Important: DO NOT confirm receipt of the delivery
If you're not happy with the product, do not confirm receipt in the app. As soon as you confirm, the payment is automatically released to the seller.
2. Contact the seller first
Please send the seller a message directly in the app chat. Describe the problem as accurately as possible – like differences in size, condition, or quality.
Important: Being polite really helps! We're a community – with respect for each other, we almost always find a good solution.
3. If you can't agree: Contact our support
If you can't find a satisfying solution with the seller, our customer support (directly in the app or at info@neworn.com) will be happy to help you out. Please send us:
