To help you get started, here's a comprehensive guide on how to sell your pre-loved children's items on Neworn:
1. Create an Account:
Download the Neworn mobile app from your preferred app store and proceed to sign up.
During the registration process, take a moment to create a profile. To get better recommendations, also create a profile for your child.
2. Create a Stripe account (payment provider):
Create a Stripe account with your payment details.
Stripe enables us to ensure a secure payment process. After a successful transaction and confirmation from the buyer that they have received the item, the money will be paid directly into your account. If the buyer does not confirm the purchase after 14 days, the money will also be paid out to you.

3. Listing an Item:
Once logged in, tap on the + button at the bottom of the app interface.
Upload high-quality photos of the item you intend to sell. Clear images help you to attract potential buyers.
Provide detailed information about the item, including its brand, size, condition, color, and any special features or considerations that could add value for the buyer.
Set a fair and reasonable price for your item, considering its condition, brand, and original cost.
4. Delivery Options:
As soon as a buyer has contacted you, you can arrange a delivery method in the chat: Pickup or shipping.
If you wish to ship the item, make sure your packaging is secure to protect the item during transportation.
5. Earn EcoPoints:
The Neworn EcoPoint system rewards eco-friendly behavior. For every item you successfully sell, you'll earn 2 EcoPoints.
EcoPoints are loyalty points that hold value and can be redeemed for discounts at our esteemed partner companies.
6. Effective Communication:
Promptly respond to messages from potential buyers to maintain positive interactions.
Utilize the in-app chat function to discuss pickup or delivery details, address questions, and provide any necessary information.
7. Rating System:
After a sale is completed, the buyer will be prompted to rate your performance as a seller.
Ratings are based on three factors: delivery, communication, and the quality of the product.
Positive ratings enhance your reputation on the platform, encouraging more parents to choose you as a seller.
8. Redeeming EcoPoints for Discounts:
Explore our network of partner companies and the exclusive offers they provide.
Use the EcoPoints you've earned to unlock discounts or special offers before shopping with our partner brands.
Press on your EcoPoints in the right corner to go to the partner page and see the offers you can get in return for your earned EcoPoints.
